Responsibilities
Run and analyze forecast scenarios to inform long-term decision-making and strategy.
Maintain forecasting tools and frameworks to adapt to changes in the business.
Enhance forecasting tools and frameworks to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
Analyze forecast results to identify the root causes of discrepancies between forecasted and actual performance.
Build and maintain forecast reporting on company-wide performance versus the company forecast.
Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to enhance analytical deliverables.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and awareness across initiatives.

Required
1+ years of work experience in analytics.
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively balance ad hoc requests with long-term R&D, and consistently maintain rigorous documentation.
Roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic and a 'do-what-it-takes' attitude to efficiently execute and drive results in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred
Experience with programming (Python and VBA preferred)
