Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives

Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capitalize on them, especially within the legal SaaS market

Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to ensure product relevance and competitiveness

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond

Ensure timely and successful delivery of new products and enhancements

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product development and launch

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance

Regularly review product metrics, conduct performance analysis, and implement data-driven improvements

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communications

Provide regular updates to senior management, stakeholders, and customers on product status, milestones, and future plans

Manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints
