Personal Lines Sales Executive
Brown & Brown is seeking a Sales Executive for their Personal Insurance Department in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves prospecting and developing new business, maintaining client documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, propose, and bind new business
Actively pursue new client prospects through networking, cold calling and personal referrals
Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients
Oversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account manager
Drive and support cross-selling strategies for existing clients, as well as new relationships
Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
Attend training sessions and education to maintain up-to-date skills
Qualification
Required
2+ years sales experience
Strong financial aptitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Outgoing, extroverted personality and event networking skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter
Maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages
