Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of in-house producers and editors, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Manage external freelance relationships and coordinate with creative agencies to ensure alignment with PMI's brand and vision.
Be the driving force behind video at PMI, from initial strategy and brief development to creative treatment, art direction, storyline and content development, scripting, video production, editing, and post-production.
Consult with brand, marketing, and content leaders to understand their strategies, plans, and goals.
Provide recommendations on how video can be strategically used to achieve desired outcomes.
Track all video production expenses and work closely with Brand, Finance, and Procurement leadership to identify creative solutions for optimizing the allocated budget.
Remove roadblocks and bottlenecks to ensure on-time and competitive payments.
Manage a team who owns and manage the PMI video archive.
Repurpose and curate content for use in PMI's digital channels to support the enterprise-wide content strategy.
Partner with Content and Marketing teams to manage and maintain creative editorial and production calendars.
Ensure effective and optimized storage and cataloging of all creative assets in the enterprise-wide DAM (Digital Asset Management).
Streamline and optimize intake workflows and processes.
Manage the production of all multimedia/multiformat creative assets from start to finish, including reviews, feedback, and approval.
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale production to deliver high volumes without compromising quality.
Lead, empower, equip, and inspire remote talent through ongoing coaching, training, and constructive/actionable feedback to foster continuous growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in film, Video Production, or a related field
10+ years of proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing prior work.
Ability to assess and plan video concepting at a holistic level to understand gaps, as well as propose innovative ideas that can drive brand relevance.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
In-depth understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
Strong writing skills; comfortable scripting for voice over and rough storyboarding.
Awareness of emerging video trends and technologies.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English).
