Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement a domain-separated ServiceNow platform tailored to meet Federal Government requirements.
Help our customer develop and enforce platform standards, best practices, and governance processes to ensure a scalable and secure environment.
Lead platform upgrades, integrations, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Work closely with Federal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical leadership, and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
Ensure the platform complies with Federal security guidelines, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to design and implement modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom workflows as required.
Provide expert guidance on domain separation, data segregation, and platform optimization to meet multi-agency needs.
Continuously assess emerging ServiceNow capabilities and features to drive innovation and improve platform efficiency.
Troubleshoot high-level platform issues and ensure long-term stability and performance.

Required
US Citizen able to secure a public trust clearance, with recent experience supporting Federal clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation.
Expertise in designing and managing domain-separated environments within ServiceNow, including configuring domain separation rules and managing access controls.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom application development.
In-depth knowledge of Federal security frameworks including NIST compliance.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, automation, and orchestration across Federal systems.
Proven ability to lead complex ServiceNow projects and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified System Administrator certification.
Experience using Agile Scrum to develop solutions in an iterative manner.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface with technical teams and Federal executives.
Preferred
Additional ServiceNow product-specific certifications
Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
Experience developing change and release management processes related to a ServiceNow environment.
