Responsibilities

Build cloud native applications exposing the main capabilities of our quantum systems.

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to take concepts from design to implementation, enhancing both user and system interactions.

Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code, and test innovative systems, and support those systems for our valued users.

Continuously optimize and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required

Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.

Currently enrolled in an academic undergraduate program at an accredited university.

Proficiency with Git and/or Github.

Experience with programming in cloud, systems, or scientific programming languages (e.g TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Python, C++, Julia, Rust).

Preferred

Experience with (or exposure to) the Qiskit quantum computing framework.

Passion for coding demonstrated through personal projects or a Github portfolio.

Curiosity for exploring new technologies and contributing to open-source projects.

Recognition as a Qiskit Advocate or certification as an IBM quantum Developer is a plus, but not required.
