Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural product development.
Conduct literature research for technical and scientific overall report to develop agricultural products.
Conduct market research to gather data on agricultural trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze research data.
Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Ensure all projects comply with company standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of research activities.
Support other R&D projects and initiatives as needed.

Required
Completed or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Agriculture, Horticulture, Business, Marketing).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Preferred
Previous experience in agricultural crop production, research review, market research.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the agricultural or horticultural industry.
