Responsibilities
Help lead the end-to-end ERP system rollout, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and minimal operational disruption.
Proactively identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows, design and implement improved processes, and automate where possible to enhance efficiency.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing accounting team, ensuring accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate quarterly financial statements and monthly management reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies and US GAAP, achieving error-free reporting.
Ensure smooth execution of the annual financial audit and maintain 100% compliance with global tax regulations and jurisdictional requirements by working closely with external advisors.
Lead or contribute to other high-value projects that support strategic financial objectives, ensuring each project meets its goals and delivers tangible business results.

Required
BS/BA degree in Accounting or related area with proven academic performance
5+ years of relevant experience, including managing the close process, financial reporting, process improvements
Thorough understanding of GAAP and proficiency in financial reporting
Advanced MS Excel skills required
Ability to design innovative solutions for complex financial processes and drive operational efficiency
A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and methodologies, with a passion for driving change and improvement
Preferred
Exposure to ERP implementation
Experience with various reporting tools (Business Objects, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx)
