Responsibilities

Prepare weekly capital spend reports

Prepare weekly capital project requests for executive review

Run financial models to determine capital project analysis results including but not limited to: IRR, NPV, payback period

Develop reporting to provide analysis for multiple financial conditions related to business operations.

Facilitate the monthly capital forecast using excel (can perform complex functions) while working cross functionally with key business partners

Effectively communicate capital expense performance and forecasting variance analysis results

Provide variance analysis monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Partner with operations teams to prepare annual capital operating plans.

Provide support for ongoing ad hoc analysis.

Required

Bachelor's Degree (required)

2-3 years relevant experience

Retail Industry background.

Knowledge of Oracle, Essbase and Excel

Experience with analysis and scenario modeling

Data management and technical skills
