Responsibilities

Lead the full end-to-end design and implementation of ELN and LIMS solutions for our clients.

Engage with senior scientific stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Conduct remote and on-site client training sessions and workshops.

Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients post-implementation.

Travel to client sites (10% to 30% of the time)

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences)

Proven experience with ELN and LIMS systems

Demonstrated ability in full end-to-end solution design and implementation

Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders

Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently

Flexibility to travel to clients as required (10-30% of the time)

Proficient in using various software tools and applications related to laboratory management

Preferred

Exposure to Python is a plus, although hands-on software development is not required
