The Electrical Assembly III operator is responsible for building and wiring high voltage back panels, performing continuity testing, and ensuring the proper functionality of electrical components for machinery models produced at HOMAG Machinery North America.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret electrical schematics for the successful installation of components and wiring cables for machine production
Examine final work for completeness and quality levels, including making adjustments and repairs as needed
Continuity testing
Checking variable voltages on AC/DC
Informing supervisor of any quality issues
Supporting team members as needed
Ensuring the cleanliness of the cycle workstation
Other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of relevant production experience
3+ years of experience in reading and utilizing blueprints/schematics
3+ years of experience with electrical troubleshooting
Advanced knowledge of electrical principles

PLC knowledge
Electrical troubleshooting
Attention to detail
Self-starter and reliable
Team player

Preferred

Ability to read understand European schematics

Quarterly bonus potential - $480/quarter (estimated extra $1/hr.)
