Service an existing book of business upon hire
Build a strong client base with Prudential’s exceptional referral programs
Access to 20 different types of lead programs
Create client solutions without proprietary products sales requirements
Provide compensation that is 100% benefitable regardless of the product or company sold
Utilize the look and feel of an independent advisor with the benefits of being an employee
Participate in 3 retirement programs: a 401(k) with a 4% match, a cash balance pension plan, and a pension enhancement plan
Receive transition support
Engage in practice building programs
Qualification
Required
Series 6 and 63 required
Insurance license required
Two or more years of industry experience
Preferred
Series 7 and 66 (63/65) preferred
