New Grad, Entry LevelST Engineering North America is a provider of aircraft maintenance and modification services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. They are seeking motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, particularly transitioning service members, to perform maintenance and repair assignments, adhere to safety practices, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Responsibilities
Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment, following supervisor’s directives and manuals
Complete routine and non-routine maintenance and repair assignments efficiently and according to established procedures
Maintain personal tools in serviceable condition and ensure a clean work area
Adhere to safe maintenance practices and comply with all regulatory requirements
Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with technical training teams
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Crew Chief
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Active transitioning member of the US Armed Services
Ability to pass FAA drug and alcohol screening and background check
Mobility around various sections of aircraft
Dexterity to remove and replace parts efficiently
Mental agility to handle stress and long working hours
Capacity to learn and adhere to safety protocols
Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
