Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Applications, and VBA.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices and company standards.
Collaborate with various departments to identify business problems and propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Create custom applications with Power Applications to meet specific business needs.
Utilize VBA to automate tasks within the Microsoft Office suite.
Stay current with updates and new features within the Microsoft suite to leverage the latest technologies.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Optimize existing solutions for better performance and user experience.
Implement best practices for data security and privacy.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years relevant experience.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Applications, PowerBI and VBA.
Strong experience with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in designing and developing business applications.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes.
Experience with database management and integration.
Excellent project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Preferred
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
