Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Development team to assist in the creation and refinement of new food products.

Participate in taste tests and provide feedback on product formulations.

Analyze sales data and consumer insights to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the Product Management team.

Assist in developing and streamlining processes and documentation practices.

Support the coordination of product launches, including timelines, marketing materials, and promotional strategies.

Assist in managing project documentation and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Assist in special projects.

Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment on product initiatives.

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.

Provide general administrative support to the Product Management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records.

Required

Must have completed your Junior year at a credited College or University.

Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for food and an interest in product development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
