Responsibilities
Design and implement data collection processes to gather accurate and relevant data from schools
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating and cleaning the collected data
Co-facilitate workshops on data collection, accuracy, and analysis
Train and support school staff in data collection methods and the importance of data accuracy

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as: mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline
Proficient in statistical software and tools (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS, Python)
Knowledge of database management and data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power Bi)
Technically competent with excellent training skills
Flexibility in working in under-resourced setting
Strong team player with interpersonal and intercultural skills
Willingness to approach the position through the Peace Corps’ philosophy on development
