They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Rep (SDR) to help identify potential customers, qualify leads, and educate them on their solutions, contributing significantly to the company's early-stage growth.

Responsibilities

You’ll use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers

You’ll research potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and determine if they’re a good fit for Openmart’s solutions

You’ll educate prospects on Openmart’s products and services, explaining how our solutions can meet their specific business needs

When you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll schedule the next steps with a sales representative

You’ll keep detailed records of your interactions with prospects and customers

You’ll also be responsible for data cleanup, maintaining accurate databases, and analyzing data to help improve our processes

Help with founders on sales and operation related stuff

Experience in prospecting through cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods

Ability to maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and customers

Experience in data cleanup and maintaining accurate databases

Ability to analyze data to improve processes

Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Ability to take the lead on projects
