Responsibilities

Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project manager, workstream leads, configuration and development teams to design the best solution to our clients

Facilitates discussions on leading practice concepts for project related HR and Payroll topics

Evaluates project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solution options

Analyzes business impact that technical decisions may have on client's business processes

Supervises, guides and provides strategic direction to configuration & development teams (all modules)

Mentors Module Leads and Consultants

Required

6 plus years Consulting & Global delivery experience

Extensive client facing experience

Understands SuccessFactors data models, XML, integration technologies, data conversion strategy & concepts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Smartsheets, MS Office

Proficiency in project management software tools

Preferred

Preferred certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central

Preferred certifications in at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules – Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Performance Management

Preferred module lead experience in at least 5 implementations in two or more modules within the last 5 years

Nice to have certifications or knowledge in the following modules – Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Employee Service Center

Bachelor’s degree preferred
