As a Student Debt Operations Associate, you will assist individuals using Fidelity's Student Debt products by processing enrollments, updating accounts, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Processing participant enrollments and ongoing account changes

Helping participants resolve their issues by following set procedures

Staying organized and meeting service deadlines

Collaborating with your team to solve problems and create a positive work atmosphere
