Fidelity Student Debt Operations Associate
Education at Work (E@W) enables low and middle-income college students to secure high-quality postgraduate jobs through work-based learning programs. As a Student Debt Operations Associate, you will assist individuals using Fidelity's Student Debt products by processing enrollments, updating accounts, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Processing participant enrollments and ongoing account changes
Helping participants resolve their issues by following set procedures
Staying organized and meeting service deadlines
Collaborating with your team to solve problems and create a positive work atmosphere

Are available to work at least 20-22 hours per week, with the chance to work up to 30 hours during the school year and 39 hours during breaks, depending on our business needs
Can commit to working year-round, including during summer and winter breaks
