Responsibilities
Strategically plan and optimize assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services.
Architect, design, implement and deploy integrated Salesforce solutions to solve complex problems.
Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations through process optimization and technology implementation.
Provide technical leadership related to software development tools, methodologies, best practices, and standards.
Develop and enforce policies, standard practices, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
Provide direction as to the effective use of technology.
Prepare detailed software specifications and provide program or system level estimates.
Design, code, test, debug, maintain and conduct code walkthroughs for programs.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
5 + years of experience in technology including experience with the following:
Configuring objects/fields and building automations using flows, flow proficiency required
Large Salesforce Implementation (10K + User Base)
Salesforce.com development tools and techniques
Apex language, triggers, controllers, JavaScript
Force.com custom development, SOAP and REST APIs
Apex Code, Salesforce Triggers, Controllers & Batch Process, JSON, SOQL, SOSL
Lightning components using LWC.
Building Components using OmniStudio
Using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Salesforce Extension Pack
Preferred
OmniStudio Developer certification
OmniStudio Consultant certification
Experience with Copado a plus
Exposure to Salesforce Shield & Event Monitoring a plus
Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Salesforce App Builder & Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certifications a plus
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
