Responsibilities

Gain an in-depth understanding of our partners’ and joint customers’ business and technical objectives and IT environments, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat and Partner solutions and to create and deploy the technical account plan
Collaborate with partners to create new solutions and offerings that incorporate Red Hat technology
Facilitate engineering & pre sales co-creation with the partner ecosystem through presentation, demonstration, workshops, and pilot projects
Evangelize joint partner and Red Hat solutions internally and externally
Demonstrate Red Hat's value proposition, specifically with our cloud portfolio, to key partner executives, sales, and technical teams to help identify and create valuable partnerships
Encourage and establish Red Hat product offerings, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, as the leading technology solution
Develop and deliver technical enablement plans with partners that are aligned with our strategy
Own and meet a bookings quota, and perform regular review and reports about the opportunities your assigned partners are working on
Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources like product specialists, Support, Enablement and Professional Services
Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quick-start guides, blog posts, and white papers), developing reusable assets (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences

Required

Pre-sales, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent experience, in support of enterprise accounts
Skill presenting to small and large groups of mixed audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams
Experience developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations
Collaboration with others and the ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with modern and emerging technologies including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps and CI/CD, and modern application frameworks
Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures
Willingness to travel

Red Hat certification(s)
Certification with public cloud provider(s)
