Cloud Systems Administrator III (CISSP Required) — Fort Belvoir, VA
MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cloud Systems Administrator to serve on a U.S. Army SETA contract at Fort Belvoir. The role involves designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring security and compliance controls for cloud environments.

Responsibilities
Identify , design, and implement scalable cloud solutions to support organizational requirements
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components
Implement and maintain security and compliance controls for cloud environments
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot cloud system performance
Develop and execute automation processes to streamline cloud infrastructure management
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for cloud systems
Oversee cloud resource provisioning, management, and decommissioning, including user access and permissions
Evaluate, integrate, and optimize new cloud technologies and services
Collaborate with IT and non-IT personnel to ensure cloud solutions meet organizational needs
Establish and manage metrics to assess effectiveness and cost-efficiency of cloud solutions
Conduct configuration and change management of cloud services
Create and maintain documentation for cloud systems and processes
Advise customer and company leadership on cloud architecture best practices and make recommendations based on performance and cost analysis
Assist with company proposal efforts related to cloud services
Qualification
Required
High school degree ( Bachelor's preferred)
Minimum of four years' experience performing systems administration, with a minimum of two years performing cloud systems administration using Microsoft Azure Government
Current CISSP certification (and ability to maintain)
Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current U.S. blue passport and ability to travel (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 5%
Adherence to program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) when working remotely
