Responsibilities

Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the MGO leadership team.

Serve as the engine to break through blockers and coordinate cross-functionally to effectively complete strategic initiatives.

Develop a deep understanding of our peer positioning in remittances and consumer fintech to inform your recommendations.

Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities and build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our strategy.

Use data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our online products.

Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.

Track performance for our North America app and website properties and identify funnel enhancements to prioritize.

Work with Product and Finance to effectively guide roadmap prioritization decisions.

Work with the Marketing to drive marketing activities that drive new customer acquisition.

Required

6+ years’ experience in business strategy or commercially oriented role

Experience in payments/fintech and/or a growing B2C business

Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills

Strong collaboration and people skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization.

Strong organization, project, and time management skills

Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product.

Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.

Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.

Minimum Required: BA/BS degree or combination of experience with certifications.

Preferred

International remittance and product management experience a plus
