Responsibilities
Contribute a strong sense of entrepreneurship and urgency to our global team, with a focus on developing the customer base in the North American market
Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of the order to cash process in NA
Actively seek out opportunities to source Lithium-Ion Batteries and Battery Scrap from multiple sources in the value chain (Battery Cell Producers, Automotive OEMs, Scrap Facilities, etc.)
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and trusted ambassador for the Solutions business
Leverage robust organization and project management skills to generate, track, and close on multiple leads and workstreams at once; this includes lead generation and relationship building all the way through the order-to-cash process
Manage the commercial inputs for S&OP coordination

Required
Knowledge of commodity buying/selling
Demonstrated experience with back office systems including SAP
Experienced with PO and Invoice creation
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated track record coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Proactive (not reactive) mindset
Leadership potential and ambition
Approachable and trustworthy
Able to cultivate and grow strong client relationships
Willing and able to travel up to 50% within the US
Preferred
5+ years of experience in battery or adjacent metal trading spaces
