Responsibilities

Serve mid-size Pros by building a shared vision for partnership with Housecall Pro.
Use consultative, account-based selling skills to engage key stakeholders.
Map out what success looks like and close the sale.
Deliver product demos, running 3-4, 60-90 minute sessions per day.
Support the onboarding process for new customers in coordination with Key Accounts Onboarding Specialists.
Manage sales pipeline tightly.
Work closely with Key Accounts SDRs and Account Executives as part of the larger sales organization.

Inside SalesConsultative SellingHVAC ExperiencePlumbing Experience

Required

Proven top 10% performance in an established sales org (along with accompanying leaderboard/ quota attainment documentation)
5+ years working in inside sales (software a plus)
Experience working with or selling to our Pros (HVAC or Plumbing experience a major plus)
High school diploma required, college preferred
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Good time management with strong organizational skills
