Responsibilities

Design and Implement Front-End Systems: Build and maintain scalable and reliable front-end systems using React. The code you write will directly impact how users interact with our platform, and it needs to be intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing. Expect to be held to high standards of quality, performance, and scalability

Collaborate with UX/UI Designers: Work closely with our design team to bring beautiful, responsive designs to life. You'll have a key role in defining how our products look and feel, ensuring that every interaction is pixel-perfect

Optimize User Experience: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our user interfaces. Latency issues, usability challenges, and accessibility gaps are not just problems—they're puzzles you'll be solving daily

API Integration: Integrate with backend services to deliver rich, data-driven experiences. You will collaborate with our backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across the platform

Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, maintainable code and enforce best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews and be proactive in ensuring our codebase is high quality, scalable, and easy to understand

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate across the board—backend engineers, product managers, data scientists—to integrate new features and maintain system cohesion. You'll be expected to challenge ideas and contribute to planning sessions to ensure we always deliver top-tier solutions

Mentor Team Members: Support and elevate junior engineers by providing hands-on guidance, conducting rigorous code reviews, and fostering a culture of learning. We're looking for leaders who set high standards and pull others up with them
