Responsibilities

Supporting the fulfillment of commercial real estate loans

Supporting the production team who are tasked with underwriting and packaging the loan request

Procuring the most competitive loan terms available in the market

Reviewing and maintaining the due diligence documents in each deal folder

Performing market analysis and research related to each property

Keeping weekly goal reports up to date

Submitting weekly tombstones detailing recently funded transactions to be posted on the company website

Employing effective time management skills

Maintaining a professional image of the company

Required

Currently enrolled in a Finance, Economics or Real Estate related bachelor’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date in Spring of 2025 or Fall of 2026.

Self-motivated with a passion to succeed in a fluid startup environment

Strong educational foundation analyzing Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets

Ability to prioritize tasks based on timing and impact

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)

Candidate must reside in Arizona and be able to work onsite at our corporate office in Scottsdale.

Candidate must have reliable transportation.
