Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, ensuring alignment between content, fan engagement, and business outcomes.

Coordinate internal team resources to prioritize projects, create corresponding plans, and take accountability for results and post-project reviews.

Manage and oversee the creation of engaging and innovative short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to leverage new opportunities for the brand.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive community environment.

Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with new product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with 6+ years of working experience.

Familiar with major overseas social media platforms and has relevant work experience, including community management.

Proficient in various office software, with strong communication and strategic thinking skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and possesses strong data-driven thinking.

Over 8 years of experience in marketing or branding, with at least 2 years focused on social media and community management.

Experience working in-house for consumer electronics brands, with a solid understanding of business operations and the synergy between social media content and business objectives.

Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is required.
