Required

MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; additional business education (e.g. MBA or similar) would be an advantage

10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees)

Experience in managing engineering organization of 300+ people, with proven record of results and achievements

Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management

Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantage

In-depth understanding of Retail business as well as it's IT landscape and trends

Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence

Profound experience with strategic planning and execution

"Getting things done" attitude, proactivity and assertiveness in achieving the goals; ready for an extra mile

Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.)

Good understanding and experience with biz-dev (S&M, AM) in service business. Strong competence in presale management

Financial management skills, experience managing P&L for a large services organization

Ready for frequent travelling
