Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
Build digital roadmaps for C-level leadership.
Drive client growth through collaboration with sales team and practice SME’s.
Engage in all aspects of sales including opportunity identification and solution ideation.
Advising on adopting and integrating advanced digital technologies, including mobile apps, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, to optimize payer operations.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful deployment and scalability of digital solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new digital tools and platforms for continuous improvement.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with existing payer systems, processes, and workflows.
Drive operational efficiencies through automation, data analytics, and process optimization.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high product quality and user satisfaction standards.
Collaborate with senior executives, department heads, and external partners to drive alignment and support for digital initiatives.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums, promoting thought leadership in digital healthcare.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on healthcare payer systems.
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.
Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims processing, member services, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of Digital Operating models, including the Product Operating Model and Product Development teams across all disciplines.
Proficiency in emerging digital technologies, including AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product management.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state-specific requirements.
Experienced leader in digital transformation, developing actionable strategies that support the organization’s leadership team in ongoing digital transformation.
