Responsibilities
Broker support for non-program business, if applicable.
Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets or other reporting tools for underwriting projects.
Service existing client base to ensure retention.
Assist with writing or revising user training manuals and procedures.
Solicitation of renewals in a timely manner.
Maintain relationships with carriers for both program and brokered business
Maintain relationships with agents.
Collaborate with other team members on new products and opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management on system issues to ensure that the underwriting program works effectively.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be 25% in this role.

Required
Advanced degree from college or technical school preferred; 1-2 years or more insurance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Applicable Insurance License
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
