Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Orderful’s products and solutions.
Work closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and move leads further into the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts and provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Meet or exceed quarterly lead and meeting targets.
Foster strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and present the value of Orderful’s solutions.
Assist with initial product demonstrations to qualified prospects.
Support the Account Executive team in closing deals by ensuring smooth communication and follow-up during the sales process.

Required

1-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in SaaS or technology-based products.
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to understand and clearly articulate complex technology solutions.
Highly self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.).
Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.

Preferred

Experience in SaaS or EDI-related sales.
Familiarity with the supply chain, logistics, or EDI industries.
Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies.
