Responsibilities
Manage a team of engineers , providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction
Enhanced business acumen , to include time estimations, billing/invoicing, automation lifecycle management , and support services.
Collaborate with other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Oversee the architecture, design, and development of applications using Low Code/No Code platforms
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings Overseeing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort, ands exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.

Required
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in automation engineering
Strong experience with Low Code/No Code development platforms (e.g., PowerApps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian)
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex application projects, with experience in agile methodologies
Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading projects
Expertise in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations or technology advisory
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced technical degree preferred
Knowledge of API integration, data modeling, and cloud-based architectures is a plus
