Responsibilities

Oversee the US Business Development team’s day-to-day activities;

Support the assignment of prospects and leads within the BD team

Supervise the lead generation process, provide coaching, drive KPI-based activities, and ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently

Participate in the recruitment, orientation, training, and set up of new hires in the team

Work closely with internal business units to improve service delivery and workflow

Liaise with management to ensure alignment

Drive adoption and efficient use of our sales enablement technologies

Able to lead by example, producing your own prospect appointments and sales-ready leads

Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required

2+ years of inside and/or outside sales leadership experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce.com), and sales-enablement technologies

Demonstrated level of managing sales pipeline during the interview process

Exception interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership skills; organizational and administrative skills.

Preferred

Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of the financial markets will be a plus, along with payment process understanding (training will be given)
