Responsibilities

Provide professional and personalised mortgage advice to Moneybox customers

Consistently meet challenging monthly targets for Mortgage Applications

Refer high quality protection leads to our protection team to ensure that our customers are fully protected

Guide customers through the mortgage application process and help them from their first step to their doorstep!

Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience

Work with other teams, such as our Home-buying Qualifiers, Administrators and Case Managers, to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer journey

Meet quality assurance, service and risk targets in a regulated environment

You are driven and ambitious, looking to build your career at an exciting, fast growing company

You are both sales and customer service driven

You have experience with advising from a panel of lenders

You are passionate about improving the home-buying experience for first time buyers

You have a high level of empathy and go above and beyond for customers

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

You are flexible to work evening and weekend shifts

You will have 5+ years provable experience within a mortgage broker role

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and be used to meeting sales targets

You will be CeMAP qualified and hold Competent Adviser Status

The ability to apply risk management policies and procedures
