Responsibilities

Provide information and guidance on basic tax inquiries regarding the filling of their current year taxes.

Coach and assist Tax Consultants with live support so they can navigate, research and assist Service Members.

Manage adherence, compliance and quality assurance.

Strong customer service skills with ability to empathize and instill confidence

Critical thinking and problem solving

Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word

Excellent written and oral communication skills

2+ years of leadership experience

Must be US Citizen

Minimum of two recent seasons of tax preparation experience

Prior experience in business, finance, accounting or tax providing knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040 to instill confidence.

Must possess Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Training by December 31st

Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word
