Sales Training & Enablement Director

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for both new hires and seasoned sales team members and leadership.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify key skills, knowledge gaps, and areas for improvement within the sales team.
Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration into the company and mastery of sales processes.
Create and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and other interactive learning activities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Implement and track training metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales staff to reinforce learning and drive consistent performance improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the sales training program relevant and cutting-edge.
Support the Sales Team in utilizing sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively integrated into daily workflows.
Participate in the evaluation of individual and team performance to identify areas for additional training or coaching.

Required
Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or sales management, ideally in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and the sales cycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
Ability to create training content that is both impactful and adaptable to various learning styles.
Experience with sales technologies such as CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and data analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of helping teams achieve measurable success.
Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the unique demands of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
A passion for continuous learning, personal development, and staying ahead of industry trends.
