Responsibilities

Engineering calculations and detailed design for a variety of projects, such as:
Water distribution including pumping and storage
Sewer collection including pumping
Water and wastewater treatment plants
Improvements and retrofitting of existing treatment facilities

Qualification

Water & wastewater experienceCivil engineering degreeRegistered Engineer InternAutoCAD experienceProfessional Engineer registrationMS Office proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
Registered as an Engineer Intern (EI)
4+ years' experience in water & wastewater
Previous internship experience related to design of water/wastewater systems
Strong communications skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

Preferred

Master's degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
AutoCAD experience
Registered as a Professional Engineer or ability to become a registered PE within 6 months of hire
Experience in study, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities and systems
