Responsibilities

Learn Molina LTSS (long term care services and supports) business and the customers we serve in Wisconsin
Learn our care management platform, SharePoint, and corresponding business processes the platform supports
Work closely with a team of Care Management, Utilization management and Specialty Consult leaders
Learn about the importance of integrated care from a member experience perspective
Experience member visits, including assessment, screening and care planning process
Assist with review and updating of training materials, research new topics – all LTSS services, including self-direction and competitive employment
Support and assist with cost of care initiatives

Required

Candidate must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program as a current freshman or sophomore with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and pursuing a Bachelor's degree within the health care services, human services, nursing or public health areas.
Candidate must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

Must possess clear and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to develop relationships.
Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Computer experience including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and experience with internet research.
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
