Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of fleet management software applications.

Analyze fleet data, prepare detailed reports, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate fleet management applications with other enterprise systems.

Analyze application data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of fleet management tools.

Liaise with software vendors to manage updates, patches, and support services. Ensure that fleet applications comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge around technology platforms that are used by FMCs.

Extensive experience creating models, extracting, and combining multiple sources of data.

6 – 10 years of experience in managing fleet management applications or similar software.

Proficiency in fleet management software, databases, and integration technologies.

Experience in managing software deployment projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Relevant certifications are a plus.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
