Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
Assist customers with installation, configuration, maintenance, and process improvements, while identifying ways to enhance tools, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies.
Coordinate code deployment processes involving Sovos cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Support, Sales, IT) and clients, ensuring supporting documentation meets client expectations (for both monthly planned and ad hoc deployments).
Drive technical projects from inception through Go Live and beyond.
Ensure successful adoption and delivery of all applicable Sovos products and services.
Conduct annual account review meetings, on-site visits, and coordinate account health reviews.
Perform regular case reviews based on assigned account needs.
Proactively ensure accounts are prepared for jurisdictional or seasonal requirements.
Provide innovative solutions to enhance the software based on customer feedback, demos, training, and new business needs.
Deliver training to internal teams and customers on software use and best practices tailored to specific customer business needs.
Represent assigned accounts during emergencies and manage customer-specific crisis communications.

Required

2+ years of experience in customer implementations, technical support, or a similar role.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven ability to manage client projects while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach.
Proficient in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside core business hours as needed.
Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check, including drug screen.

Preferred

Software industry experience preferred; SaaS experience a plus.
Familiarity with Sovos products, tax rules, SQL queries, and scripting.
