Responsibilities
Process reports for an assigned group of countries, reviewing for accuracy and policy compliance.
Review corporate card balances to ensure that employees appropriately manage their accounts and provide timely reporting of expenses.
Communicate with employees globally (mainly by email in English) to confirm expense details, provide policy clarification, or assist with the Concur reporting system.
Participate in post-processing analysis of expenses and processes to identify areas in need of improvement.
Have similar access and tasks as full-time members of the team. You are a contributing teammate.

Required
Students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Multinational Finance, or related field
Work Hours: Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and full-time hours during the summer of 2025.

You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
Preferred
Foreign language skills. Most verbal and written communication is in English, but foreign text recognition for validating receipts and invoices is helpful. Please reference any foreign language skills in your submission.
Proficiency in Excel is a plus
