Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include observing that the work is completed in general accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Daily field reporting, tracking contractor's installed quantities, witnessing tests, and documenting test results.
Serving as liaison between Ardurra, the Owner and the contractor.
Receives direction from Civil Engineering Manager.
Review, logging and processing of Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change order proposals, general correspondence, payment applications, and other related construction administration activities.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years as a construction inspector or other related experience desired.
Knowledge of, and ability to interpret, technical specifications, contract requirements, engineering drawings, and standard construction details.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Knowledge of water or sewer pipelines is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with operating smart devices and computer preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management related coursework / certifications may be substituted for construction experience.
Background in utilities construction/inspections, including mechanical and piping construction preferred.
