Responsibilities

Work alongside clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness.
Broaden knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.
Manage proposal writing efforts and participate in pitches for consulting work.
Develop new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
Lead teams and mentor colleagues.

Required

Undergraduate degree required.
Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries: Industrial Products, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Infrastructure.
English fluency

Preferred

MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
Experience with Industrial products preferred incl. machinery, manufacturing, and equipment.
Functional expertise in Strategic Operations preferred.
Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Toronto.
