Responsibilities

Perform month-end activities including journal entries preparation, account reconciliations, back-end controls to ensure accuracy, and internal reporting.

Actively maintain and review designated revenue and deferred revenue accounts and activity.

Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate issues, effectively and in a timely manner.

Assist the team in reviewing contracts, large deals and identifying non-standard terms.

Assist in maintaining and updating internal documentation for revenue process and procedures.

Prepare SSP schedules to support monthly review, quarterly audits, and external reporting processes

Partner with order management to ensure accurate and timely billing for all sales order types.

Provide input for ongoing development and improvement to systems and processes.

Assist the team with review of RevPro Contracts ensuring compliance with ASC 606 for Combined Contract guidelines.

Assist with external audit requests during both the annual and quarterly reviews.

Liaison with professional services team and recognize revenue in accordance with ASC 606 accounting standards.

Support ad hoc projects, including systems implementation
