Responsibilities

Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations (bank recs, AR, Accrued Expense, Prepaid Assets, Fixed Assets, etc.).

Recording of daily customer receipts.

Assist with the preparation of weekly accounts payable for processing.

Assist with recording of monthly T&E transactions.

Assist with billing and invoicing issues with customers (as needed).

Assist with the annual audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.

Maintain company accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Adhering to and helping improve upon internal controls and policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Assist with special projects and provide ad-hoc operational accounting support, as needed.
