Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers.
Adapt approaches for increased hit rates.
Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound prospecting calls to potential clients. Minimum of 50 calls a day.
Schedule qualified meetings with prospects in coordination with your Senior Account Managers.
Maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field.
Must have 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development experience.
Excellent phone manner and ability to make large number of calls daily. A minimum of 50 calls is required.
Competitive nature.
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Top-tier verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
AECO industry experience is a plus
Civil-Infrastructure is a plus
Understanding the government and private sector is a plus
Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other BIM/CAD, GIS, and FM software is a plus
