Responsibilities
Define and implement the firm’s consulting strategy for finance and accounting services.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align consulting offerings with the firm's overall business objectives.
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to identify market trends, opportunities, and emerging client needs to guide service innovation.
In conjunction with the Sales organization, you will serve as a primary point of contact for high-level client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to attract new business.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants specializing in finance and accounting services.
Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of the consulting team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Drive business growth through client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-selling of services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools for consulting engagements.
Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage project risk, client expectations, and resource allocation effectively.
Oversee the financial performance of the consulting services division, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and growth of consulting projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on finance and accounting solutions.
Proven track record in leading and managing consulting teams and delivering large-scale finance and accounting projects.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit, and accounting standards such as (US GAAP, IFRS).
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, business development initiatives, and service delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery.
Preferred
Master’s or MBA preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar are highly desirable.
Experience with ERP Implementations (i.e. SAP, NetSuite) and BI Data Tools (i.e. PowerBI, Hyperion).
