Responsibilities

You plan, develop, and optimize Paid Social campaigns and strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
You carefully analyze the performance of Paid Social campaigns and evaluate performance-related KPIs.
You prepare accurate reports and present results internally and to clients, focusing on delivering insightful and engaging presentations.
You continuously optimize campaigns and ensure quality control to meet defined client goals.
You identify commonalities between Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and transfer learnings between channels.
You enhance ad efficiency through researching test opportunities, exploring new tools, and studying market trends.

Required

You hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
You bring at least 2 years of experience specifically in Paid Social Advertising, with a proven track record of managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
You have a strong understanding of the Paid Social landscape, from audience targeting and creative strategy to platform nuances, including Meta and emerging social platforms.
You are familiar with Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC) and can leverage insights across both Paid Social and Paid Search to optimize performance.
You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel, and have experience analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
Your communication skills in English are strong, enabling you to effectively present strategies and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
You are highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
