Responsibilities
You will be a key contributor to the full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing organization that spans purchase, renewal, and upsell/cross sell opportunities.
Partnering with the Marketing Team, Products, Operations and the rest of the VentiurEd Soltutions organization as needed, you will:
Help develop promotional plans, optimize retention strategies, and provide regular and insightful analysis of all retention activities.
Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities, to drive key business outcomes across the customer journey and deliver personalized, relevant, and impactful communications across our retention marketing channels, leveraging data and customer insights.
Identify relevant customer segments and personalize messaging for each, delivering the right message at the right time.
Building presentations to effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations
Create and maintain retention reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and flagging any trends or performance issues to stakeholders, work cross functionally on revenue planning, forecasting, and demand planning.
Serve as subject matter expert on all retention analytics; you may evaluate and vet new technologies to complement or replace tools in the current tech stack.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related discipline or 6+ years of professional marketing experience in a retention and churn prevention or lifecycle.
Strong understanding of the CRM landscape and experience in leading CRM campaigns, to drive customer engagement and lifetime value.
Passion for analyzing and interpreting key customer and behavioral data to reveal insights and formulate hypotheses that will improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Experience in and passion for strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiar with project management activities and tools like Monday.com.
Deep experience in HubSpot to set up and launch campaigns.
Deep experience in using Salesforce.
Demonstrated mastery of testing and analytic principles and methodologies (e.g. A/B) from beginning to end.
Experience in using marketing technology solutions and analytical tools.
Preferred
Experience with SaaS or EdTech preferred.
